The production line applicable to metal rolls of various specifications .Through unrolling ,leveling and cutting ,the rolled plates are turned into flat plates of the desired length and width.

Featuring reasonable layout ,easy manipulation and high automation ,the line is used to processed /hit rilled plates ,silicon steel plates stainless steel plates ,colored plates , aluminum plates and electroplated or coated metallic plates in the production of automobiles ,containers ,household electric appliance ,foodstuff ,backing material and building materials.

The production line is chiefly composed cart, single /double support unrolling unit , finishing levelingrunit ,wastedge cutting unit ,stacking device and servitransmission system and between units there are oscillating -zintermediatebridges ,traction devices ,deriation-correcting devices,etc.
