Upper roller can both vertical movement, but also the horizontal movement,at the same time with the functions of pre-bending, coiling, coneand can rack on the sheet metal just once,no u-turn to complete the pre-bending of board-side and the roll-shaped of workpiece. Pre-bending roll through the horizontal movement of upper roller, so that the upper roller and the lower roller will asymmetric. spheronization through the motor, reducer, open-gear driven lower roller rotation, and became active when the coil roll. The lower roller has volume-cone , the workpiece roll can be realized. As the elevation of the lower roller has no change, it is easy to feeds and operations. The vertical and horizontal movement of the upper rolleruse uses the digital display ,which is eye-catching visual. It can be pre-bent plate, the remaining straight edge is small, can be rolled.The vertically of upper roller controled by the digitale of PLC synchronization.
